Background: Neuroendocrine tumours (NET) are heterogenous group of tumours commonly arising from Gastro-pancreatic (GI) and pulmonary origins. Combination of bowel resection, disease related diarrhoea and somatostatin analogue therapy (SSA) can contribute to vitamin B12 deficiency (B12D).
